Diabetes is an illness that strikes people all over the world. Anyone can be affected by diabetes; however choosing to make a few small changes can help you manage the disease. 

Remember, you can treat yourself to your favorite treats ever now and then, but moderation is key. Cut a few unhealthy things out of your diet and add a little bit of exercise in the beginning. This seems very small but can help change your life for the better. Healthy habits take time. Start small and start to see the big changes.
