Diabetes Tip of The Day



Although diabetes is a global epidemic there are ways to keep it under control. Some of these tips require no medication at all.

Diabetes Daily Tip  " Exercise"

Get a little exercise. Daily exercise can boost energy, assist you in loosing weight, and lowers blood sugar levels. Gradually getting yourself into shape and staying within a normal BMI can help control sugar levels. Try walking, light jogging, or take the stairs instead of an elevator.
